Get in touch

If you’d like to speak with us, share information, ask a question, or find out how to get involved, you can use the form below.

Everything comes through one place so we can respond carefully and consistently.

We read every message.

You can use this form to:

  • ask about support or local groups

  • tell us your story

  • volunteer or offer professional skills

  • register interest in training

  • share research or information

  • report a concern

  • or simply ask a question

If you’re unsure where your message fits, that’s fine. Just write to us and we’ll guide it to the right place.

We treat all enquiries with care and confidentiality.

  • Information is only shared with the people who need to see it

  • We collect the minimum details necessary to respond

  • Nothing is published or passed on without your consent

  • You are free to share as much or as little as you want

If your message involves immediate risk or danger, please contact emergency services or a crisis helpline first. We are not able to provide urgent or real-time support.

We’re a small, community-led organisation, so responses may take a little time. We aim to reply within a few days.

If your enquiry is sensitive or complex, we may suggest a follow-up conversation rather than handling everything by email.

There’s no pressure and no obligation. You can step back at any time.

What name would you like us to call you?

So we can respond to you. We won’t share it with anyone else.
